Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. Shipment times may vary according to availability and will be subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Legend, a purchaser must pay for the products(s) via Cash on Delivery (applicable only in India) or using a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to our organization. Legend retains the right to refuse any request made by a purchaser. Once an order is accepted, we will inform you by email, confirming the identity of the party you have contracted with. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, notably that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card provided to place said order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs associated with the purchase. All prices advertised are subject to change.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
Pricing and Payment
Prices throughout the Website are quoted in one of the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR), United States Dollars (USD), Great British Pound (GBP), or Euro (EURO). Payment can only be accepted in quoted currency.
For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country’s regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Prices of the products on the Website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold, Silver and precious metals and stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a product will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials and may not mean that we have increased our mark-up.
Pricing Policy for Online Merchandise
We are committed to offering shopping convenience, exceptional service and an exciting product selection at competitive prices. Stores of Legend Amrapali and Amrapali Jewels operate separately. Accordingly, the products and prices offered at each may differ. The Website may offer products which are not offered in stores. Products may be priced differently in the stores than on the Website. Similarly, promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at one may not be used at the others.
Online Payment
All payments on the Website are securely processed through our payment gateway partner(s). We accept Cash on Delivery (applicable only in India) and most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal and CC Avenue. We may accept bank transfers upon special request at our sole discretion. You can contact our customer care for the same. We endeavor to ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order.
Restrictions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/ debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify the purchaser should such limits be applied. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to anyone as we may deem fit.
Process:
- 1. Once the payment for an order is completed, in case of online payment or an order is placed for Cash on Delivery (applicable only in India), you will receive an acknowledgement confirming the receipt of your order. This acknowledgment will serve as a valid contract for goods ordered only when those goods have been dispatched to the purchaser, in case of online payment, or when the Cash on Delivery has successfully taken place.
- 2. All details, descriptions, and prices will be kept accurate to the best of Legend’s ability. Should an error occur, a purchaser will be notified as soon as possible, and will be given the option to reconfirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order. If attempts to contact a purchaser are unsuccessful, the order will be treated as canceled. If you cancel an order due to the notification of error in detail, description, or price, you will receive a full refund.
Sales are subject to our RETURN POLICY.

Force Majeure
A “Force Majeure Event”, for the purpose of these Terms shall mean to be an event resulting directly or indirectly from an act of act of God, war, equipment and technical failures, non-availability/ delay in transport, electrical power failures or fluctuations, strikes, labor disputes, riots, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, natural disasters, pandemic, infectious diseases, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, civil disturbance, governmental or parliamentary restrictions, lockdowns, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, import or export regulations, exchange control regulations or accident or any reasons beyond our reasonable control.
We shall not be held liable for any delay in the performance or non-performance of any of our obligations hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss or damages caused thereby where the same is occasioned by a Force Majeure Event. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the product purchased owing to a Force Majeure Event.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism (Applicable Only for India)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 under Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we provide for a grievance redressal mechanism. On the raising of a complaint by a purchaser, the purchaser shall be issued a ticket number, through which the status of the complaint can be tracked.
Each complaint raised shall be acknowledged within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the receipt of the complaint and the purchaser shall be notified of such acknowledgment. We shall endeavor to resolve each complaint within 30 (thirty) days of the acknowledgment of the complaint.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legend, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, all affiliates and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses, and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or inability to use the Website.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy here, which also governs your visit to the Website and for information on how Legend collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from its purchasers. Legend reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any such modification of these Terms, we will inform you of the modifications in these Terms through e-mail at the e-mail address provided by you while registering on the Website. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Subject to the arbitration clause below, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Website.
By using the Website, you hereby waive any objection to this venue as inconvenient or inappropriate and agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Arbitration of Disputes
In lieu of a lawsuit, you agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in relation to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Website or the purchases from the Website thereof, shall be submitted to and resolved by confidential and binding arbitration in India instead of any court. Any arbitration shall be conducted according to the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator, mutually appointed by the disputing Parties. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The arbitrator’s ruling shall be final and binding on the parties, and any potential award of damages may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Arbitrations shall proceed on an individual basis. By submitting your claim to arbitration, as is required by these Terms, you waive the right to trial by jury, to assert or participate in a class action lawsuit or class action arbitration, and to assert or participate in any joint or consolidated lawsuit or joint or consolidated arbitrations of any kind.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found for any reason to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue to be fully valid, binding and enforceable.
Variation
Legend shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove, or vary these Terms set for there, or to make changes on any page of the Website. In the event that changes are made, you may be required to re-affirm this Agreement, whether by use of the Website or otherwise.
No Partnership
You agree and understand that no partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture may be established as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Website.
Assignment
We may assign our rights under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time, without notice or your consent. You may not assign your role according to this Agreement to any other party without our express, written consent.
Waiver
The failure of Legend, at any time, to enforce any of the provisions of these Terms will not be deemed or construed to be a waiver of any such provisions, or in any way to affect the right of Legend to thereafter enforce each and every provisions of these Terms. No waiver by Legend of any breach of any provisions of these Terms will be construed or deemed to be a waiver of any other subsequent breach.

All notices required to be given by you shall be submitted in writing and addressed to help@legendamrapali.com.
Equitable Remedies
You hereby agree that your violation of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm and damage if this Agreement was not specifically enforced, and therefore you agree that we shall be entitled, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to breaches of this Agreement, as well as other remedies that we have available to us under the prevailing law.

The above Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and hereby supersedes and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Legend. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Legend.
E-Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
Legend offers “E-Gift Cards” (also called “E-Gift Codes”) and “Promotional Codes” (also called “Promo Codes” or “E-Reward Codes”). Please see below for the terms and conditions that apply to each one.
Terms and Conditions for E-Gift Cards
An “E-Gift Card” or “E-Gift Code” is a virtual, electronic gift Card sent to the customer and/or recipient via email in the form of a code. The E-Gift Card is available for purchase online from Amrapali Jewels Private Limited (“Legend Amrapali“) at legendamrapali.com (the “Website”) in a dollar or in any other currency denomination ranging from Indian Rs. 5000.00 to Rs. 51000.00 (or equivalent in any other currency). The term “E-Gift Card” does not include “Promotional Code” (also called “Promo Code” or “E-Reward Code”).
The following forms of payment are accepted for the purchase of E-Gift Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
An E-Gift Card can be redeemed only through www.legendamrapali.com and may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise or services offered for sale in the country for which the E-Gift Card is issued. To redeem an E-Gift Card, you must enter your E-Gift Card Code in the E-Gift Cards area on the shopping cart page.
If you use your E-Gift Card to make a purchase on the website and your purchase does not exhaust the credit balance on your E-Gift Card, then you may use the remaining balance for future purchases, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. If you use your E-Gift Card to make a purchase on the website which exceeds the credit balance on your E-Gift Card, you will have to use another payment method to pay for the remainder of your purchase.
Returns will be acceptable only as per our Return Policy and the same E-gift card for the amount of return can be redeemed in the further purchase.
Legend Amrapali E-Gift Cards are not refundable.
Legend Amrapali Gift Cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
No Dormancy Fee: Legend Amrapali will not assess a service fee or dormancy fee with respect to an E-Gift Card.
- An E-Gift Card cannot be used toward the purchase of a new E-Gift Card.
- Additional credit cannot be added to an E-Gift Card after it has been issued by Legend Amrapali.
- Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards are replaced (to the extent of remaining balance) only with valid proof of purchase.
E-Gift Card is not redeemable for cash.
- An E-Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card.
- A holder of an E-Gift Card can obtain balance and other Card information by emailing Legend Amrapali Client Services at help@legendamrapali.com
- All provisions of these Terms & Conditions are enforced except where prohibited by law.
Terms and Conditions for Promotional Codes
A “Promotional Code” (also called “Promo Code” or “E-Reward Code”) means any promotional code given away by Amrapali Jewels Pvt. Ltd. (“Legend Amrapali”) as part of an awards, loyalty or promotional program without any money or other thing of value being paid in exchange for Promotional Code. The term “Promotional Code” does not include “E-Gift Cards” or “E-Gift Card Codes”.
A PROMOTIONAL CODE OFFERED WHEN YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS AFTER YOU ARE INVOICED FOR YOUR PURCHASE, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
A Promotional Code can be redeemed only through www.legendamrapali.com (the “Website”) and may only be used toward the purchase of in-stock merchandise offered for sale in the country for which the Promotional Code is issued. To redeem a Promotional Code, you must enter your Promotional Code in the “Promo Code” area on the shopping cart page.
If you use your Promotional Code to make a purchase on the website and your purchase does not exhaust the credit balance on your Promotional Code, then you may use the remaining balance for future purchases, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. - Please note: Legend Amrapali reserves the right to block the customer account of any purchaser who repeatedly seeks to return an item (for which a Promotional Code was issued when the item was purchased), for a refund after first using that Promotional Code toward the purchase of a different item.
- A Promotional Code may not be resold, and Legend Amrapali reserves the right to void any Promotional Code it believes has been resold.
